The flight will only take place when the weather is fine; we will contact you the day before the flight to let you know the exact time of the meeting and to confirm/cancel the flight.
Children must be at least 1.20m tall (approx. 8 years old, to be able to look out of the basket) and be accompanied.
If you are over 80 or have any health problems, please consult your doctor, as hot-air balloons can reach altitudes of up to 3,000 m.
There is no charge for cancellations or amendments made up to 2 days before the date of arrival. In the event of late cancellation or amendment, or no-show, the service provider will charge the full amount of the booking.
