The crossing of the Alps is a great classic of ballooning, a spectacular route over the highest peaks and glaciers.

You'll take off from Château-d'Oex, or from another location depending on the weather conditions. Our pilot will give you a flight plan the day before departure. You'll play an active role in preparing the balloon, which is equipped to fly for more than 5 hours. You'll fly over the Pre-Alps and the Rhône valley, then over the highest peaks in the Alps, from the Matterhorn to Mont Blanc, on your way to Italy. After landing on the Po plain, you'll be back on the ground the same evening, thanks to our ground team who will follow the balloon throughout the flight.
